The Krilltech startup, created as a result of a partnership between Embrapa (Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation) and the University of Brasília (UnB), will represent Brazil in the international phase of the "Global Tech Innovator 2021", promoted by KPMG. The nanotechnological biofertilizer resulting from the joint work and which improves the development of several crops will be presented to the global ecosystem alongside technologies from 15 countries, between November 1st and 4th in Lisbon, Portugal.
By winning the national stage of the event, the agtech secured a booth and exhibition platform at the Web Summit, as well as a credential to present its business at the conference and at the organizer's events. In the local phase, ten startups from various sectors of the economy competed with Krilltech, which obtained a good evaluation by presenting the potential of green nanotechnology.
