Arbolina has stimulating and hormonal properties in its formulation
A biological fertilizer and stimulant that uses carbon, nitrogen and hydrogen as raw material was the result of a partnership between UNB (University of Brasilia) and Embrapa (Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation). Through nanotechnology, Arbolina (previously known as Krill A32), has chemical characteristics that allow a more efficient absorption by the leaves and, inside the plant, activates essential metabolic routes.
"The main benefits are: increased photosynthesis due to a greater use of light, more efficient activation of enzymes that supply energy to the plant, greater root development, and greater use of water and nutrients," explains Juscimar Silva, an Embrapa researcher in the area of Soil and Plant Nutrition, in a report in the European magazine Vida Rural.
